William Garcia didn’t wait for opportunity — he went out and built it. At just 15 years old, William started working in the roofing industry, learning the trade from the ground up. He spent years mastering every aspect of the job — from shingle installation and flashing details to storm damage repairs and customer communication.
At 21, William took everything he had learned and founded DTL Construction LLC right here in Hazleton, PA. He didn’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. He knocked on doors. He let his work speak for itself. Word spread fast.
Today, DTL Construction serves homeowners throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania with the same commitment that started on day one — show up, do the job right, and treat every customer’s home like it’s your own.
